How is it different from standard acupuncture

In a Sports Acupuncture session, we spend more of our time on muscle performance and recovery. While Standard Acupuncture takes a balanced whole-body approach, Sports Acupuncture dedicates a larger portion of your 50 minutes to:

  • Targeted gua sha for specific muscle groups

  • Focused cupping to release deep tension and improve circulation

  • Range-of-motion work to support mobility and flexibility

  • More frequent use of electrostimulation (e-stim) to activate muscles, reduce pain, and accelerate recovery

Who is it for?

  • Athletes in training

  • People with sports or overuse injuries

  • Gym-goers and active individuals

  • Anyone recovering from muscle strain or tension
